Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed only after full payment confirmation.

  • Since products are made-to-order, printing and quality checking generally take 2–5 working days (may vary depending on order quantity and design complexity).

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India through reliable courier and logistics partners.

📌 International shipping is not available unless specifically discussed and confirmed in advance.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 3–7 working days, depending on:

    • Location

    • Courier partner

    • Local service availability

🚚 Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, government regulations, or regional restrictions.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout or on the invoice.

  • Bulk or large-size orders may incur additional freight charges based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

5. Dispatch Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, we will share:

    • Courier details

    • Tracking number (where available)

  • Customers can track shipments directly through the courier service.

6. Delivery Responsibility

  • Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided at the time of order are accurate.

  • We are not responsible for delays, loss, or non-delivery due to:

    • Incorrect address or phone number

    • Customer unavailability at the delivery location

    • Refusal to accept the parcel

Any re-shipping required due to incorrect details may be charged to the customer.

7. Damaged or Tampered Shipments

If you receive a package that appears:

✔ Damaged
✔ Opened
✔ Tampered

Please:

  1. Take clear photos/videos immediately

  2. Inform us within 48 hours of delivery

  3. Share your order details via WhatsApp or Email

We will verify the issue and proceed as per our Refund & Replacement Policy.

8. Non-Delivery / Courier Delays

  • Once an order is handed over to the courier partner, delivery is beyond our direct control.

  • We will, however, assist you in tracking and coordinating with the courier for resolution.

  • No refunds will be issued for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
