Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

Since all products are printed on order, refunds or replacements are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received

  • Wrong product delivered

2. Reporting Timeline

  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Contact us via WhatsApp or email with:

    • Order ID

    • Clear images/video of the issue

3. Resolution

After verification, we will offer:

  • Replacement, or

  • Refund, depending on the situation

4. Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor color variations

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
